5A. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers purchased on the website are valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase. After this period, the gift voucher will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on the website for any products, excluding shipping charges. They are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

If you are using a gift voucher in conjunction with a promotion or discount, please be aware of the following:

  • If you decide to return an item purchased with a gift voucher, the gift voucher used in the transaction will be cancelled, and the balance will not be refunded.
  • Any refund for the returned item will be issued via the original payment method, but the gift voucher will not be reinstated or refunded.

You can check the balance of your gift voucher at any time by visiting your account on the website or contacting customer support.

Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers:

If your gift voucher is lost, stolen, or used without authorisation, we are not responsible for replacing the voucher or its balance unless otherwise required by law.

Promotions and Exclusions:

Gift vouchers cannot be used for purchasing sale items or in combination with certain promotional offers unless stated otherwise. They cannot be redeemed for shipping fees or taxes.

Non-transferability:

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold, except where prohibited by law.

Delivery of Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers may be sent physically with your order or sent via email once the order is complete, at our discretion.

6. RETURN POLICY
